Do You Have a Returns Policy?

CCNC Solutions only offers returns or refunds in the event that a product is faulty.

Can You Accept Payment by Credit Card?

Yes, we accept payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal and Credit Card. Please note that surcharges may apply for credit card transactions - please contact us to confirm.

Do You Keep Products in Stock Here in Australia?

Yes, we keep TCR-2000 single line recorders in stock. Total Recall VR voice loggers are a special order item, however the lead time for these is usually very quick - typically less than 1 week.

Do You Supply Products Outside of Sydney?

Yes, we can (and do) ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We can also send products outside of Australia and New Zealand on request. We also work with partner companies to service Total Recall VR customers outside of NSW - contact us for more information.
